Marine Fedir Balakhchy was killed in combat in Donbas, the Navy press service has said on Facebook.
The Navy extended condolences to his family and friends.
On 14 August, the Russian occupying troops carried out 46 attacks, 10 of them involved the use of heavy artillery banned by the Minsk agreements. One Ukrainian soldier was reported killed and three wounded.
