Ukraine and Poland have agreed to improve logistics opportunities at the border.

The press service of the Ministry of Infrastructure infromed about this.

Oleksandr Kubrakov and Andrzej Adamczyk, the Ministers of Infrastructure of both countries, held negotiations about this issue on the Ukrainian-Polish border.

According to Oleksandr Kubrakov, Poland has become a very important partner of Ukraine when the Ukrainian ports are under blockade, in particular in the export of Ukrainian agricultural and industrial products, transportation of necessary military and humanitarian aid from abroad.

"That is why it is extremely important for us to get rid of unnecessary formalities and infrastructure barriers that reduce the speed and quality of logistics. We have already agreed to establish a joint venture to intensify rail transport. So far, significant progress has been made in liberalizing for transportation of fuel to Ukraine. We also would like to express our gratitude to our Polish colleagues for cancellation of special permits for fuel transporters", - Kubrakov said.

Both countries are also working at strengthening the transport isolation of Russia and Belarus.

To remind, the other day Ukraine and Poland agreed to allow transporting the fuel by fuel trucks without obtaining special permits.
