Polish President Andrzej Duda has arrived in Ukraine. Today he is going to speak in the Verkhovna Rada.

This was reported on the website of the Polish president.

"On Sunday in the Parliament of Ukraine, the President of the Republic of Poland will deliver a message as the first foreign head of state since the beginning of the war," the statement said.

Earlier, Duda told Polska Times that when he was in Kyiv on February 23, Volodymyr Zelensky told him that russia would be attacking Ukraine in the next few hours. Duda called Zelensky his friend and stated that he was sincerely afraid of not hearing him again, and after February 24 he called him every day.

It will be recalled that last week the Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament Ruslan Stefanchuk stated that the speeches of the heads of parliaments, governments of Europe and the world will be continued. He announced another speech by a foreign politician in the Rada. Stefanchuk did not say his name, but said that "you will be pleasantly surprised."

According to him, "almost 15 speakers have already visited Ukraine" and saw with their own eyes what the actions of the russian aggressors lead to.
