There are 2,300 lorries in queues at checkpoints on the border with Poland, where Polish farmers continue their blockade, the spokesperson for the State Border Guard Service, Andriy Demchenko, has told the news telethon.

"Most of them are at the Yahodyn and Shehyni checkpoints. Polish farmers do not let lorries travelling towards Poland through at all. Over the past day, about 70 lorries crossed into Ukraine at the Yahodyn checkpoint, and about 20 at the Shehyni checkpoint," said Demchenko.

It has become known that Polish farmers have probably decided to temporarily stop blocking traffic in the direction of the Krakovets checkpoint. The blockade may last until 13 March.
