Cxema has announced a new touring showcase from its Backstage series, set to take place on 19 September in Amsterdam. It will be a collaboration with Amsterdam party series MOVA, for which Cxema Backstage will be the first party held within its own venue, DTF Magazine reports.

According to Cxema founder Slava Lepsheyev, he received the collaboration proposal from MOVA co-founder Jelle Stoffels, who “lived in Kyiv for some time, attended Cxema events, and knows the Kyiv scene well.”

The lineup will feature seven artists across two stages: Nastya Vogan, Stanislav Tolkachev, Nastya Muravyova, Auua, Tarra, and Slava Lepsheyev himself, as well as Kyoso, Jelle Stoffels’ electronic project.

A key feature of the event will be the location: MOVA is known for throwing parties in various secret venues. However, Lepsheyev says the team has also been working in parallel on its own space, and Cxema Backstage will be the first event at the new site.

“It’s a former factory that gives MOVA complete freedom to create the perfect party space,” Slava says.

The team is already planning the next Cxema Backstage showcase in Warsaw.
