Units of Ukraine’s Defence Forces struck a number of military targets of the Russian aggressor on 1 September and during the night of 2 September 2026.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this.

Following analysis of additional data, the destruction on 30 August 2026 of a Russian Ka-27 helicopter was confirmed in the area of the Yeysk airfield in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai.

The destruction on 27 August 2026 of a MiG-29 aircraft was also confirmed in the area of the Millerovo airfield in Russia’s Rostov Region.

On 1 September and during the night of 2 September, in Volodymyrivka, Donetsk Region, Ukrainian troops struck a Russian ammunition depot.

In Ocheretyne, in Donetsk Region, a logistics supplies depot belonging to a Russian unit was hit.

In addition, in Rechytsia, Russia’s Bryansk Region, a concentration area of the Russia’s weapons and military equipment was hit.

The extent of the damage is being clarified.

The General Staff stressed that work against the Russia’s key military targets is ongoing.
