Today, 4 September, Russian forces struck Odesa. One person was killed, and three people are known to have been injured.
This was reported by the head of the Military Administration Serhii Lysak.
“The morning in Odesa began with an enemy attack. As of this moment, three people are known to have been injured. They are being given the necessary assistance,” he wrote at seven o’clock in the morning.
Residential buildings and cars were damaged in one of the city’s districts.
All relevant services are working at the scene.
Later, Lysak wrote that it had become known that someone had been killed as a result of the morning enemy attack.
