Units of Ukraine’s Defence Forces struck a site used to store, prepare and launch attack drones near Donetsk, a military equipment repair base in Luhansk region, and a concentration of Russian troops in Donetsk region.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

On 17 October and during the night of 18 October, Ukrainian forces struck a site used to store, prepare and launch attack UAVs in the Donetsk area.

The General Staff said this should reduce Russia’s ability to attack Ukrainian territory and civilian infrastructure with drones of various types.

The Defence Forces also struck a repair base for automotive equipment and armoured fighting vehicles of the “South” grouping of forces near Sukhodilsk in Luhansk region.

According to the General Staff, hitting this base complicates the restoration of damaged equipment and its return to frontline combat units.

In addition, Ukrainian forces struck a concentration of personnel from one of the Russian army’s units near the settlement of Dubove in Donetsk region.
