In the Kherson region, an explosive device detonated during demining operations near Bobrovyi Kut. Two employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine were wounded in the blast.
The Kherson regional police reported this.
The 39-year-old rescuer was diagnosed with shrapnel wounds, a fractured lower leg and the amputation of toes on his left foot.
His 44-year-old colleague sustained shrapnel wounds and concussion.
- Over the past day, Russian forces attacked settlements in the Kherson region with aircraft, drones and artillery. As a result of the shelling, 32 people were injured, including a child.
