On the night of 20 October, Russians attacked Izium in Kharkiv Region with drones. Five people were injured in the shelling.
The State Emergency Service reported this.
“Tonight, the enemy attacked the residential sector and civilian infrastructure of the city of Izium with strike UAVs,” they said.
As a result of the hits, four separate fires broke out. Homes, outbuildings and yard structures, as well as an administrative building, were on fire. Residential and other buildings, as well as passenger cars, were damaged.
At the scenes, despite the threat of repeat shelling, State Emergency Service units were working, including community rescue officers.
