The Kyiv Metro has restored service on the “red” line between Akademmistechko and Lisova stations. Trains are running between them as normal.

Chernihivska station, which sustained significant damage as a result of a ballistic strike on Monday night, is temporarily closed. The Kyiv Metro reported this.

“Further updates on the resumption of operations will be provided. For now, trains are passing through without stopping,” the statement said.

Yesterday’s attack damaged the station’s stained-glass windows, platform and façade, as well as the tracks, the contact rail, and the power supply and traffic control system.

Chernihivska is not the only station to have suffered as a result of hostile attacks. Lukianivska has been damaged several times.
