In Rivne Region, the Russian army struck a shopping centre. Three people were injured in the attack. Two of them were taken to hospital.
Rivne Regional Military Administration head Oleksandr Koval reported this.
A fire broke out at the strike site, and combustion products are spreading across the surrounding area.
The head of the RMA urged residents of nearby buildings to keep their windows closed.
- On the night of 20 October, as a result of a Russian attack, power supply disruptions occurred in Rivne Region in Dubno District. Windows were also blown out in a residential area. According to Oleksandr Koval, as of the morning, power supply had been restored for all consumers.
