On the night of 22 October, the Russian army attacked Vinnytsia Region. The shelling caused damage to industry and the energy sector.
This was reported by the head of the Regional Military Administration Natalia Zabolotna.
According to her, the region has sustained damage to industrial facilities, energy infrastructure and private households as a result of another massive enemy attack.
There were no casualties.
Emergency services and energy workers are working to restore the facilities and power supply.
