A fire broke out after a Russian FPV drone hit a car. Other vehicles were also damaged.
The blast wave blew out the windows of a five-storey residential building.
Despite the difficult security situation and the threat of repeat attacks, rescuers quickly extinguished the fire, the Service said.
According to preliminary information, one person was injured.
