US President Donald Trump has stated that the first deliveries of weapons purchased by allies for Ukraine have already begun.
This was reported by Radio Svoboda.
“They are already being sent. They come from Germany, and then Germany replenishes them. And in all cases, the United States receives full reimbursement. In some cases, we will receive compensation directly from EU countries… We always get our money back in full,” Trump said.
On 14 July, US President Donald Trump said during a meeting with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte that he plans to provide Ukraine with “billions of dollars” worth of weapons, which will be purchased by NATO. In particular, these will be Patriot air defence systems.
