On the night of 20 October, the Russian army attacked energy infrastructure in the Lviv region. No one was injured, but there was damage to buildings.
This was reported by the head of the Regional Military Administration Maksym Kozytskyi.
“Lviv region has been through a difficult night. Most importantly, there are no fatalities or injuries. The enemy attacked energy facilities in various districts of our region with jet-powered drones,” he said.
In the Solonka community, the roofs of a residential house and two holiday homes were damaged.
According to Kozytskyi, the enemy drones were moving at high speed and frequently changed course.
“The situation was made more difficult by fog, but even under such conditions our troops managed to engage the enemy UAVs effectively. I thank our defenders for their professionalism. I thank everyone who does not ignore the danger,” he noted.
