During the night of 22 October, Russia’s army attacked the Odesa region. It struck a civilian enterprise that produces food products.
As a result of the strike, the administrative building was almost completely gutted by fire. As of the morning, the blaze had been extinguished and there were no injuries, the head of the Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, reported.
“Overnight, Russia carried out another strike on the peaceful Odesa region,” he commented on Telegram.
