Russian occupiers fired missiles at Kharkiv Region at around 17:05 on 2 June, the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleh Synyehubov, has said.
According to him, the Russians used S-300 missiles.
"The arrival of two missiles, preliminary S-300, was recorded in the forest area of the Zmiyiv community of Chuhuyiv District," Synyehubov said.
He added that there was no large-scale damage or casualties reported yet.
Later, the militants struck the village of Kivsharivka in Kupyansk District with two guided aerial bombs.
"A residential building was damaged. Unfortunately, two people were killed - an elderly man and a woman. In addition, three women and a 3-year-old boy were wounded," he said.
Emergency services are currently working at the scene.
According to the Prosecutor-General's Office, Russians shelled the frontline village of Dvorichna in Kupyansk District at 19:10.
According to preliminary information, the attack was carried out from a tank. As a result, a 63-year-old woman and a 70-year-old man were wounded.
