Over the past day, Russia has injured seven residents of the Donetsk Region. In particular, yesterday, 6 September, at 22:40, Russian forces shelled Slovyansk in the Donetsk Region. A densely built-up residential area came under attack. Four people were injured.
This was reported by the regional prosecutor’s office and the head of the Regional Military Administration Vadym Filashkin wrote.
In Slovyansk, two women and two men aged between 51 and 59 were injured. The victims sustained blast injuries, shrapnel wounds, bruises and lacerations, a fracture and concussions. All the injured were taken to hospital. As a result of the shelling, four apartment blocks and passenger cars were damaged.
Update. Two people were also injured in Kramatorsk, and one person was injured in Mayaky.
The type of weapon used by the Russian army is being established.
Under the procedural supervision of the Slovyansk District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched in criminal proceedings into an alleged war crime (Part 1, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
