The Russian army attacked Ukraine with 92 drones of various types. Air defences neutralised 71 of them. However, there were strikes and falling debris.

From 18:00 on 6 September, Russia launched 92 strike UAVs of the Shahed type (including jet-powered ones), Gerbera, decoy drones of the Parodiya type, as well as the S8000 Banderol, from the directions of: Oryol, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk, Hvardiyiske — the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
The air attack was repelled by aircraft, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Defence Forces of Ukraine.
According to preliminary data, as of 09:00, air defences shot down and suppressed 71 RussianUAVs of the Shahed and Gerbera types, and drones of other types.
Enemy air attack weapons were recorded striking 12 locations, and debris falling in one place.
As of the morning of 7 September, the attack is ongoing, with Russian UAVs in the airspace.
