In Kharkiv, a Russian strike on transport infrastructure was recorded in the Osnovianskyi district. Information on the consequences of the attack is currently being уточнюють.

“The enemy continues to terrorise Kharkiv,” the mayor noted.
- On the evening of 12 October, Russians attacked Kharkiv. In the Kholodnohirskyi district, a residential building was partially destroyed; the bodies of three people killed were found under the rubble. Another 10 people were injured.
- In the Shevchenkivskyi district, as a result of a strike on a five-storey building, bank premises and six cars caught fire. Windows in three apartment blocks and at least 10 private homes were also damaged.
