The 1,693rd day of the Russian Federation’s full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine has begun. In total, 203 combat engagements were recorded over the past day. The heaviest fighting took place on the Pokrovsk and Southern Slobozhanshchyna sectors of the front.

Yesterday, the enemy carried out 90 air strikes, dropping 301 guided aerial bombs. In addition, the invaders used 9,516 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,619 attacks on populated areas and our troops’ positions, including 31 using multiple launch rocket systems.
Enemy shelling, in particular, hit the settlements of Pavlivka, Vilna Sloboda, Vasylivske, Zarichchia, Korenok, Korchakivka, Nova Sich, Khrapivshchyna, Sopych, Ulanove, Rohizne, Mala Rybytsia, Potapivka, Iskryskivshchyna in Sumy Region; and Khrinivka in Chernihiv Region.
Over the past day, aircraft, missile forces and artillery of the Defence Forces struck an area where enemy manpower was concentrated and a UAV control point.
In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors over the past day, the aggressor carried out 49 attacks on our troops’ positions and populated areas.
In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector Ukrainian units repelled 20 enemy attacks. The invaders tried to advance in the areas of the settlements of Starytsia, Izbytske, Vovchanski Khutory, Zybyne, and towards Zakharivka, Varvarivka, Radkivka and Doroshivka.
In the Kupiansk sector the enemy did not conduct assault operations.
Attempts to break into our defences were repelled in the Lyman sector, where the occupiers attacked six times in the areas of the settlements of Kolodiazi and Lyman.
In the Sloviansk and Kramatorsk sectors the enemy did not conduct assault operations.
In the Kostiantynivka sector 15 attacks were recorded. The invaders conducted offensive operations in the areas of the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Sofiivka and Dovha Balka, and towards Mykolaipillia.
The enemy carried out 29 attacks in the Pokrovsk sector. The occupiers tried to advance towards the settlements of Hruzke, Toretske, Vilne, Kucheriv Yar, Dobropillia, Svitle, Myrne and Serhiivka, and in the area of Molodetske.
In the Oleksandrivka sector the enemy attacked once towards Ternove.
In the Huliaipole sector the enemy tried 12 times to advance in the areas of the settlements of Rizdvianka and Ternove, and towards the settlements of Nove Zaporizhzhia, Kosivtseve, Hirke, Vozdvyzhivka and Prydorozhnie.
In the Orikhiv and Dnipro sectors the occupiers did not conduct assault operations.
In the Volyn and Polissia sectors no signs of the enemy forming offensive groupings were detected.
- Overall, over the past day, Russian invaders’ losses amounted to 1,390 personnel. Also neutralised were two tanks, seven armoured combat vehicles, 51 artillery systems, two multiple launch rocket systems, one air defence asset, 15 ground robotic systems, 1,889 unmanned aerial vehicles, 362 vehicles and five units of the enemy’s special equipment.
