The 1,692nd day of the Russian Federation’s full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine has begun. In total, 264 combat engagements were recorded over the past day. The heaviest fighting was on the Pokrovsk and Kostyantynivka axes.
This was stated in the General Staff’s report.
Yesterday, the enemy carried out 73 air strikes, dropping 238 guided aerial bombs. In addition, the invaders used 8,985 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,468 attacks on populated areas and our troops’ positions, including 51 using multiple launch rocket systems.
Shelling by the enemy, in particular, hit the settlements of Bezsalivka, Korenok, Tovstodubove, Sopych, Ulanove, Malushyne, Rohizne, Kucherivka, Marchyshyna Buda, Potapivka, Rivne, Vasylivka, Kruzhok, Starikove, Yastrubshchyna, Senkivka, Iskryskivshchyna, Brusky, Kozache, Mala Slobidka in Sumy Region; and Liskivshchyna, Kamin, Naberezhne in Chernihiv Region. The settlements of Mkhy and Rivne were hit by air strikes.
Over the past day, aircraft, missile troops and artillery of the Defence Forces struck an area where enemy manpower was concentrated, an artillery system and a UAV launch site.
On the North Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk axes over the past day, the aggressor carried out two air strikes using four guided aerial bombs, and conducted 35 attacks on our troops’ positions and populated areas.
On the South Slobozhanshchyna axis Ukrainian units repelled 11 enemy attacks. The invaders tried to attack towards the settlements of Starytsia, Izbytske, Vovchanski Khutory, Kreidianka, Volokhivske, Buzove and Dovhenke.
On the Kupyansk axis the enemy tried 12 times to improve its positions, conducting assault actions towards Radkivka, Kutkivka and Kivsharivka.
Attempts to break into our defences were repelled on the Lyman axis, where the occupiers attacked 13 times towards the settlements of Nove, Zarichne, Kolodiazi, Lyman and Dibrova.
On the Slovyansk axis the enemy carried out one attack in the area of Yampil.
On the Kramatorsk axis the enemy did not conduct assault actions.
On the Kostyantynivka axis 32 attacks were recorded. The invaders conducted offensive actions in the area of the settlement of Kostiantynivka and towards Novoselivka, Osykove, Mykolaipillia, Novopavlivka, Raiske, Toretske, Hruzke, Volodymyrivka and Maiak.
The enemy carried out 36 attacks on the Pokrovsk axis. The occupiers tried to advance towards the settlements of Bilozerske, Chernihivka, Novyi Donbas, Vilne, Hannivka, Nykonorivka, Shevchenko, Serhiivka, Svitle, Vasylivka and Novohryshyne.
On the Oleksandrivka axis the enemy launched assaults five times towards Sichneve and Ternove.
On the Hulaypole axis the occupiers attacked our defenders’ positions eight times. The enemy tried to advance towards the settlements of Uspishne, Rizdvianka, Shyroke, Ternove.
On the Orikhiv axis the enemy tried three times to attack towards Pavlivka and Mali Shcherbaky.
On the Dnipro axis the occupiers did not conduct assault actions.
On the Volyn and Polissya axes no signs of the enemy forming offensive groupings were detected.
- Overall, over the past day Russian invaders’ losses amounted to 1,470 personnel. Also neutralised were two tanks, six armoured combat vehicles, 51 artillery systems, four multiple launch rocket systems, two air defence assets, three ground-based robotic systems, 1,416 unmanned aerial vehicles, 553 vehicles and three units of the enemy’s specialised equipment.
