On 10 October, Russian troops killed a civilian in Sloviansk. Another four residents of Donetsk region were wounded over the past day.
This was reported by the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin.
"On 10 October, the Russians killed one resident of Donetsk region: in Sloviansk. Another four people in the region were wounded over the past day," the statement said.
Overall, since the start of the full-scale invasion, 4,380 people have been killed and a further 10,668 wounded as a result of Russian attacks in Donetsk region.
The figures do not include casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha.
