Russian forces struck the city of Hlukhiv in the Sumy region. Preliminary reports indicate that two people were injured.

Rescuers worked simultaneously at two locations. As a result of the shelling, private households and a non-residential building were damaged. Fires broke out, and the flames threatened to spread to other sites.
Due to the threat of repeat attacks, State Emergency Service specialists temporarily suspended operations and withdrew to a safe place.
All remaining hotspots have now been extinguished.
