On the afternoon of 23 October, Russian forces attacked the Khmelnytskyi region with drones. Damage has been reported to a residential building in the Kamianets-Podilskyi district.
This was reported by Serhii Tiurin, head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration.
"As a result of the Russian attack, the roof and façade of a residential building and a summer kitchen in the Kamianets-Podilskyi district were damaged," the statement said.
Preliminarily, there were no casualties.
- In Chernihiv, a Russian drone struck two businesses. As of 14:20, one person had been killed and another 25 civilians injured.
