In the Reserve+ app, applications for certain types of deferment from mobilisation will be temporarily unavailable. The reason is scheduled technical work in the Ministry of Justice’s systems.
The Ukrainian Defence Ministry reported this.
The work will begin on 23 October at 22:00 and will last for several days. During this period, it will not be possible in Reserve+ to apply for deferments related to having children, caring for close relatives, or having the status of a defender’s family.
The Defence Ministry stresses that logging back into the app will not restore access to these services. Users are therefore asked to remain in their account and not log out of the app in order to re-authorise.
If information about a deferment is already displayed in the electronic military registration document, it will remain there.
The restoration of services will be announced separately. The estimated time is 26 October after 08:00.
The government finalised changes to the employee reservation system from mobilisation. The critical status of enterprises will be separated from economic indicators, and a separate mechanism is being prepared for companies that need to reserve all employees.
