On the night of 25 October, Russian forces attacked Zhytomyr Region with strike drones. An energy infrastructure facility, a clinic, a residential building and a civilian private enterprise were damaged in the Korosten and Zhytomyr districts.
This was reported by the head of the Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration, Vitalii Bunechko.
"During the overnight attack on Zhytomyr Region by enemy drones, an energy infrastructure facility, a clinic, a residential building and a civilian private enterprise were damaged in the Korosten and Zhytomyr districts," the statement said.
Fires that broke out at the sites where the strike drones fell were extinguished by State Emergency Service rescuers.
Specialists are currently checking the area for any remaining explosive hazards.
According to the Regional Military Administration, there were no fatalities or injuries as a result of the attack.
