In the city of Vovchansk, Kharkiv region, the russians set up a concentration camp in the factory and tortured civilians there.
This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine. The Regional Prosecutor's Office is leading the investigation into the violation of the laws and rules of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
"According to the investigation, in occupied Vovchansk, russian servicemen stole and took to russia the equipment of one of the factories, and set up a concentration camp in its premises. The occupiers illegally detain people and use physical and psychological violence against them. The russian invaders force people to cooperate and to enter armed forces of russian federation," is said in the message.
The prosecutor's office calls on witnesses of russia's war crimes to record and send evidence via the link https://warcrimes.gov.ua.
In Vovchansk, the occupiers, under threat of execution, forced nurses to go to the front to treat the occupiers. In the occupied territories, the enemy is also forcing the local civilians to donate blood for their wounded.
