At around 3 pm, the Russian army launched another round of missile attack. The Air Force said that they were flying from Russia's Kursk Region through Ukraine's Sumy Region to Cherkasy Region.
Damage has been reported in the town of Smila. According to preliminary reports, six people were injured.
"Russia continues to terrorise Ukraine. The enemy attacked the town of Smila in Cherkasy Region. An enemy missile hit private houses. Preliminary, six people were injured, one of them seriously. Twelve private houses were also damaged. All emergency services and authorities are working at the scene. People are being promptly helped. All houses will be repaired and restored," said Oleksiy Kuleba, a deputy head of the presidential office.
The launch took place less than six hours after the previous attack, which was the most massive so far, according to the Air Force. Overnight and in the morning, Russia launched 158 missiles and attack drones at Ukraine.
