Ukraine’s Air Defence Forces destroyed five of seven ballistic missiles, one Kh-59 air-launched missile, and 104 of 136 attack drones launched by Russia overnight against Ukraine.

This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"On the night of 25 July (from 18:00 on 25 July), the enemy attacked with a Kh-59/69 guided air-launched missile from airspace over the Black Sea, seven Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles launched from Bryansk, Kursk, and Voronezh Regions of the Russian Federation, and 136 attack UAVs of the Shahed type (including jet-powered ones), Gerbera, Italmas, as well as decoy drones of the Parodiya type, from the directions of Bryansk, Kursk, Oryol, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk — Russian Federation; temporarily occupied territory — Donetsk; Hvardiyske; and the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea," the statement said.

The air attack was repelled by aircraft, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine’s Defence Forces.

According to preliminary data as of 08:30, air defenses shot down/suppressed one Kh-59/69 guided air-launched missile, five Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles, and 104 Russian UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas types and other types of drones in the north, south, and east of the country.
