Ukraine’s Defence Forces struck a Chornomornaftogaz facility and a relay used to control attack drones; strikes on the Tyumen oil refinery and other enemy military facilities have also been confirmed.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“On the night of 26 July 2026, as part of efforts to reduce the military and economic potential of the Russian aggressor, units of Ukraine’s Defence Forces struck a number of important military and military-economic targets of the enemy,” the statement said.
The Defence Forces struck the Chornomornaftogaz facility in the area of Vnukove, occupied Crimea. The target was confirmed hit.
After the temporary occupation of Crimea, facilities of the State Joint-Stock Company Chornomornaftogaz seized by Russia have been used by the occupation administration to extract, store, and transport natural gas and petroleum products, as well as to meet the fuel and energy needs of Russia’s force on the peninsula.
Also, a ground-based relay used to control Geran/Gerbera attack UAVs was hit in the area of Chornomorske (Autonomous Republic of Crimea).
Relays increase the range, resilience, and quality of control of attack unmanned aerial vehicles used by the enemy to strike targets on Ukrainian territory.
In addition, Ukrainian troops struck a road bridge in the area of Vyselky, Donetsk Region, which the Russian troops use for military logistics.
A strike was also carried out on a Russian UAV storage site in the area of Chervonopopivka and on a Russian troop concentration area in Purdivka, Luhansk Region.

25 July 2026 — a strike on the Tyumen oil refinery in Tyumen (Tyumen Region, Russia) was confirmed.
The Tyumen oil refinery is one of the key oil-processing enterprises in Western Siberia. The facility’s capacity is about 7 million tonnes of oil per year. The plant produces motor gasoline, diesel fuel, aviation fuel, fuel oil, and other petroleum products used, among other things, to meet the needs of Russia’s military-industrial complex and armed forces.
