Ukrainian defence companies can receive free strategy sessions with consultants, reported Deputy Defence Minister Hanna Hvozdiar, who is responsible for the defence industry portfolio.
“Each session is four hours of work with a strategic consultant who understands the specifics of the defence sector. As a result, the company will receive a clear set of strategic priorities for the next 12 months,” Hvozdiar explained.
The ministry plans to hold ten such sessions by the end of the year.
“Ukrainian defence companies have already proved they can quickly create solutions for the battlefield. The next step is to help them grow systematically: with the right priorities, strong teams and a clear development path,” the deputy minister added.

Hanna Hvozdiar was appointed to the post on 8 September.
Among the priorities for her work at the ministry are meeting the needs of the front line, as well as exporting Ukrainian defence solutions abroad.
