Following the 36th meeting in the Ramstein format, Ukraine received new aid packages from its partners.
This was reported by the Ministry of Defence.
What allies will provide:
- Germany — new deliveries of interceptor missiles for Patriot systems and F-16 aircraft, as well as drone procurement;
- United Kingdom — £100 million to supply US weaponry via PURL, deliveries of an additional 95,000 drones by the end of the year, and tens of thousands of extended-range artillery shells funded by other countries;
- The Netherlands — a $300 million contribution to the Drone Line project and 300 missiles to counter UAVs;
- Estonia — continued support in 2027 at a level of at least 0.25% of GDP;
- Norway — the previously announced $200 million package to procure Patriot missiles;
- Spain — €2 million for fuel via the NATO Support and Procurement Agency, deliveries of air-defence missiles and artillery ammunition;
- Lithuania — $10 million for PURL;
- Poland — preparation of a new €50 million aid package, which includes air-defence assets;
- Sweden — a $28 million support package, including a $14 million contribution to PURL.
With partners’ support and an EU loan, Ukraine is signing contracts to supply around a thousand missiles for Patriot air-defence systems.
