Russian forces attacked four districts of Dnipropetrovsk Region with artillery, FPV drones and a guided aerial bomb. As a result of the shelling, three people were injured, and residential buildings, a nursery and infrastructure facilities were damaged.
This was reported by Mykola Lukashuk, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council.
In Nikopol District, the enemy shelled Nikopol and the Marhanets, Chervonohryhorivka and Pokrovske rural communities with artillery and attacked them with FPV drones. Three people were injured there. Eight private houses, four outbuildings, three garages, a nursery and a power line were damaged. Another garage was destroyed.
In Synelnykove District, in the Ukrainian community, a drone attack caused a fire. A private house and an outbuilding were also damaged.
In Kryvyi Rih District in the Zelenodolsk community, an FPV drone attack damaged a gas pipeline. In addition, Russian forces shelled the Hrushivka community with artillery.
In Dnipro District, in the Liubymivka community, a guided aerial bomb strike damaged a community centre.
- Over the past day, 16 October, Russian forces attacked three districts of Dnipropetrovsk Region almost 20 times with drones and missiles. As a result of the strikes, one person was killed, and industrial enterprises and a private house were damaged.
