On the night of 23 October, the Russian army attacked Vinnytsia region. Energy and industrial facilities were damaged, but no one was hurt.
This was reported by the head of the Regional Military Administration Natalia Zabolotna.
“Over the past day, Vinnytsia region was once again under a massive enemy attack. There is damage to energy and industrial infrastructure, private homes and outbuildings,” the official said.
There were no casualties.
Emergency and municipal services, as well as energy workers, are working to restore the facilities and power supply.
