The United States Secretary of State, Antony Blinken believes that Ukraine can win the war with Russia. He also mentioned “The war has certainly not gone as President Putin might have thought it and might have planned”. The head of the United States Department of State was speaking in an interview with the BBC.
“If Moscow has the intention to somehow overthrow the government and establish its own puppet regime, 45 million Ukrainians will reject it one way or another,” Blinken said. At the same, according to the United States Secretary of State, right now it is unknown how long this war will last. He believes it has already not gone the way Russian President Vladimir Putin planned. According to Blinken, the international community will do everything possible to help Ukraine as well as “put strong pressure on Russia to end the war, which Vladimir Putin started.”
