The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine (MIU) has published current information on the functioning of maritime facilities during Russian military aggression.
As noted, the ports of Mariupol, Berdyansk, Skadovsk, Kherson are temporarily closed, entrance and exit of ships are temporarily impossible. The port of Belgorod-Dniester is also closed because of the absence of the fleet and cargo.
In turn, the ports of Mykolaiv, Olviia, Pivdennyi, Odessa, Chornomorsk partially process the fleet available at berths and provide shipment by rail and road, but the entrance and exit of vessels are also temporarily impossible.

As for the river infrastructure, the Dnieper sluice infrastructure south of Kyiv is currently in order, except for the Kakhovka sluice, which is occupied by Russia.
The procedure of certification of seafarers, which is carried out in the cities of Odesa and Izmail, is also being continued.
"Departure of Ukrainian sailors as members of the crews of ships from the ports of Ust-Dunaisk, Izmail, Reni is possible. For detailed information, contact the relevant branches of AMPU”, - is mentioned in the notification.
The possibility of Ukrainian sailors going abroad on foot or by car is currently being discussed.
"If any information is available, it will be published on the official Internet resources of the MIU and the State Service for Maritime and River Transport," - the MIU announced.
