In Kherson, russian occupiers have kidnapped the former head of the Kherson Oblast State Administration Andriy Putilov.
It has been reported by the Minister of Inner Affairs Anton Herashchenko.
“An hour ago, in Kherson, the masked occupiers have captured and taken in the unknown direction the former head of the Kherson Oblast State Administration, national deputy of Ukraine of the seventh convocation Putilov Andriy Stanislavovych,” Herashchenko has written.
Kherson Telegram-channels have also written about the kidnapping of Putilov.
Currently, Kherson is occupied. Russian occupiers wanted to perform a “referendum” in Kherson for the “KhNR”. However, the deputies of the oblast council declined such idea. There are constant demonstrations in support of Ukraine in the city. In return, the occupiers are kidnapping the local activists, politicians, public figures.
On April 3, the Kherson journalist Konstiantyn Ryzhenko, whose disappearance has become known on March 31, has got in touch. He has said that he has lost the access to his main accounts and currently is “on the run”.
