Russian occupiers intensified mobilization in temporary occupied areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions and started to mobilize even those who cannot be mobilized at all.

This is especially true for employees of “strategic enterprises”, reported at Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

“New order for 1,700 people came to the Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant (AMP). This is the fourth and largest mobilization wave at the plant. Before, orders for 1,000, 500, 400 people came,” – intelligence officers said.

Therefore, employees who maintain the district power grids are no longer “in reservation”. Summonses are issued to men simply at traffic police posts. Several mobile crews work on the Alchevsk – Bile highway, stopping vehicles on the road and serving summonses to men in cars. Employees of “Luhansk People's Republic” (LPR) district enlistment offices and russian federation military police conduct apartment-by-apartment searches in search of men of conscription age (18-65 years).

“Documents of persons not subject to conscription were found among the papers of the destroyed unit of the “DPR army”. In particular, Oleksandr Savenko, disabled from childhood, who was not subject to military service. Or Andriy Ivakin, “Komsomolets of Donbass” mile employee, with a certificate that he works at a “strategically important enterprise”. Received documents did not help any of them, and all of them remained in the Ukrainian land forever,” –the intelligence reported.
