The occupiers oblige children in the temporarily occupied territories to go to school in areas that are on the verge of hostilities.
This was announced on Telegram by the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Lyudmyla Denysova.
"During the monitoring of social networks of the occupiers, it was revealed that in the temporarily occupied city of Volnovakha, Donetsk region, russian occupiers have been forcing children to go to schools since April 11. Probably such actions are aimed at complicating the operation to liberate the city by Ukrainian Armed Forces, and at possible provocations with victims to discredit and accuse the Ukrainian side”, Denysova wrote.
According to her, in this case, the children will become hostages and a living shield for the troops of the russian aggressor.
As of April 11, 183 children died in Ukraine because of armed aggression of russian federation, and 342 were wounded.
According to various sources, russian occupiers forcibly removed 121,000 Ukrainian children from Ukraine. These are orphans and those who have parents.
