The russian troops remotely planted delayed-action mines in the Industrial District of Kharkiv. The location demining continues, as reported by Suspilne Kharkiv Public Broadcasting Company.

Oleksandrivsky Avenue in Kharkiv is blocked between Bohdan Khmelnytsky Boulevard and Pozharsky Street. At about 1:00 a.m. on 11 April, russian troops remotely dropped delayed-action mines there. Munition with timers can explode at any moment.

Rescuers and police have cordoned off the neighborhood and are trying to keep people from going outside to secure the area and start demining. During the half-hour stay, journalists heard at least three explosions. The mines explode chaotically, but people are still trying to get outside. Mines are scattered in the yards of two-story residential buildings on Oleksandrivsky Avenue.

Russian occupiers began to drop parachute bombs on Kharkiv. The City Mayor Ihor Terekhov urged Kharkiv residents not to approach such mines and immediately report rescuers thereof.

Also, a convoy of russian military equipment was recorded moving towards the regional center through the village of Velykyi Burluk in the Kharkiv region. The length of the convoy is 12.8 kilometers.
