As a result of the night shelling of the outskirts of Severodonetsk and Hirske, Luhansk region, almost all communications were destroyed. Russians, among other things, used phosphorus shells.

People are sitting without electricity, water or gas. This was announced by the head of the Luhansk State Administration Serhii Haidai in Telegram.

"We are trying to restore everything we can. But every day there are fewer repair teams in the region. When you see how seriously a colleague is injured, who connects light or welds a water supply, no matter how brave you are, it is increasingly difficult to go under the bullets. Russian army shelling is becoming more intense. There is almost no "regime of silence", and regular communal workers go to the facilities,"- he said.

As of yesterday, 95,795 consumers were left without electricity in the region, and today – 146,490. 36 settlements were de-energized – 22 completely, 14 partially.

"As a result of the fighting, 38 settlements are without gas supply – 31 completely and 7 partially. And this is 130,183 (in contrast 106 070 to the previous day) subscribers. There is no water supply in Rubizhne, Popasna, Hirske, Severodonetsk, partly in Lysychansk,"- Haidai added.
