For a day, 12 April 2022, the forces of the Ukrainian Air Defence (AD) destroyed the battleplane Su-25, which turned into the 300th air target that was downed by the AD since the start of the war, informed the Command of the Air Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF).

“On 12 April 2022, in the east and in the south of Ukraine where the Russian aviation is the most aggressive, the weather was not favourable for tasks fulfillment. And that is the anniversary target under number 300, downed by the antiaircraft missile troops from the beginning of the large-scale Russians’ intervention to Ukraine,” th Command said.

On 12 April 2022, the Ukrainian defenders destroyed three enemy drones and two artillery cannons in the south.
