Zelenskyy and Biden assessed russia's war crimes, discussed an additional package of defense and possible macro-financial support, and agreed to strengthen sanctions against the russian federation.

As reported earlier, the United States and Ukraine are actively negotiating a new package of military assistance, which will take into account the specifics of hostilities in eastern and southern Ukraine.

Yesterday, Biden discussed ways to strengthen economic and military aid for Ukraine with the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson.

Earlier, Zelenskyy called the EU for full Russia oil embargo and urged to impose sanctions on all russian banks in the next package. Ukraine asked for clear deadlines by when each EU state will either refuse or significantly limit the consumption of gas and oil from russia.
