Russian troops will attack “decision-making centers,” especially Kyiv.

The spokesman of the Ministry of Defense of the aggressor country, Igor Konashenkov, said this at a briefing.

The russian Ministry of Defense voiced a provocation about so-called "sabotage attempts" and "strikes by Ukrainian troops" against facilities on russian territory. In response, it threatened to shell the Ukrainian capital and “decision-making centers”.

The Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andrii Yermak noted that “with its own provocations, Russia is preparing a reason for another threat”.

“There has already been talking of possible missile strikes on Kyiv. We are ready for any scenario and no russian will work. The Kremlin has already proven that it only knows how to fight civilians, who are incapable of fighting back. Russia will answer for all crimes to an international tribunal in the future,” - Yermak said.

Russia launched missile strikes against Myrhorod yesterday. On April 11, the occupants shelled Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, and Kreminna 26 times.
