As of April 13 morning, more than 540 children were registered as victims in Ukraine of the armed aggression by the russian federation. 191 children died, and more than 349 were injured.
According to the Office of the Prosecutor General, these numbers are not final, as work is underway to establish numbers for places of active hostilities, in the temporarily occupied and liberated territories.
According to the data received by juvenile prosecutors, the highest numbers of affected children were reported for the following regions: Donetsk - 113, Kyiv - 102, Kharkiv - 79, Chernihiv - 54, Mykolaiv - 40, Kherson - 38, Luhansk - 36, Zaporizhia - 23, Kyiv city - 16, Sumy - 16, and Zhytomyr - 15.
Thus, during the registration of criminal offenses committed by the occupiers in Borodyanka and Korolivka villages in the Kyiv region, the burnt bodies of a 16-year-old girl and a 10-year-old boy were found.
In addition, on April 11, the armed forces of the russian federation fired on the civilian infrastructure of Kharkiv. A one-and-a-half-month-old child and a 12-year-old teenager died. Four children aged 1, 4, 5, and 9 were injured.
On April 11, a 15-year-old girl was seriously injured in a residential building in the Kherson region.
