The Presidents Andrzej Duda of Poland, Gitanas Nauseda of Lithuania, Egils Levits of Latvia, and Alar Karis of Estonia travel to Ukraine by train. The Lithuanian leader announced this on his Twitter page.

Update. At 8:23 am, the People's Servant office reported that the presidents of the four countries had already arrived in Ukraine and were heading to Kyiv to meet with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Earlier, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, Austrian Chancellor Karl Negammer, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, and European Foreign Minister Josep Borrell visited the Ukrainian capital.
