Now is the time that all Ukrainians must be one - a nation fighting and not allowing the world to turn its attention away from what is happening on the battlefield in Ukraine.

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, spoke about this in his address.

"Russia wants to destroy every city in Donbas, every single one, it is not an exaggeration. Like Volnovakha, like Mariupol. All these ruins in once happy cities, black traces of fires, funnels from explosions - this is all that russia can give to its neighbors, Europe, the world," said Zelenskyy.

He added that the path taken by russia in the past 107 days is an example of the fastest degradation of any state.

The President stressed that the Ukrainian military is doing everything to stop the aggressive actions of the occupiers, as far as there are enough heavy weapons and modern artillery - all that we have asked for and continue to ask our partners.

"I met in Kyiv with the Minister of Defense of the United Kingdom, Ben Wallace. This is what we talked about, how to stop russian aggression, how to cull its offensive potential, and what other supplies are needed for our army. The British are showing real leadership in defense," said the President.

He also addressed the British university community and talked to students.

They asked many questions about what our life would be like after this war: about reconstruction, attracting leading experts, about system of education.

"Of course, we are preparing for large-scale restoration of our state. Of course, we have already started reconstruction in the liberated territory. Of course, we will change a lot in our lives after this war. And it is good that the world is interested in details, wants to join, thinks how to find opportunities to work for Ukraine after our victory," said the President of Ukraine.

He noted that the battles are still going on, and it is in these challenging battles that it is decided when it will be "after." It is being decided at which borders we will finally break the plans of the occupiers.

Volodymyr Zelensky also addressed the participants of the Copenhagen Democratic Summit, where he spoke, in particular, about the response of the European Union, which we expect concerning our application for candidacy. This will be the EU's response not only to Ukraine but also to its own future - the future of the European project.

"I am grateful to the British government, the World Bank and the Canadian government for new steps in financial support for Ukraine. The day before, our country received 1.5 billion US dollars: one billion from the World Bank and another 500 million from Britain. Direct budget support. We will use it to pay for the public sector," said the resident, adding that Canada was the first country to send funds to our administrative account with the IMF, which is one billion Canadian dollars.

The President said that a bill had already been approved to allow customs clearance of cars through the Diya government service. The customs clearance process will be transparent and convenient and cull the corruption schemes that previously existed.

The government also presented specific details of new government programs to provide new jobs and support for business. The main mechanisms are non-repayable grants for micro-businesses and other forms of special financial support for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Traditionally, on the evening of June 10, Zelensky signed two decrees awarding our heroes. In total, 242 combatants received state awards, eight of them posthumously.

British Defense Minister, Ben Wallace, arrived in Kyiv yesterday. He met with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
