The 264th day of countering the Russian full-scale invasion has started. The enemy is trying to retain the temporarily seized territories, focuses its efforts on deterring the actions of the Defence Forces in certain areas, continues to equip defensive lines on the left bank of the Dnipro. At the same time, it conducts offensive actions in Bakhmut, Avdiyivka and Novopavlivka areas, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
To replenish personnel losses and form units, the enemy continues to move mobilized personnel to the areas of combat hostilities on the territory of Ukraine. In the city of Rostov-on-Don, civil defence training is being held.
Over the past day, units of the Defence Forces of Ukraine have repelled attacks by occupiers in the areas of the settlements of Novoselivske, Stelmakhivka and Bilohorivka in Luhansk Region and Bilohorivka, Kurdyumivka, Vodyane and Maryinka in Donetsk Region.
The enemy does not stop shelling settlements and the positions of our units along the contact line and conducts aerial reconnaissance. It continues to strike critical infrastructure and civilian homes in violation of International Humanitarian Law, the laws and customs of war.
The city of Kharkiv and the settlements of Kharkiv Region suffered from the strikes of the russian occupiers.
In general, during the past day, the enemy launched 4 missile and 13 air strikes, launched about 60 MLRS attacks.
The situation in the Volyn and Polissya areas has not changed significantly.
The enemy shelled in such other areas:
in the Siversk area - from the artillery of various types, in the vicinity of settlements Mykolayivka, Zaliznyy Mist, Leonivka in Chernihiv Region, as well as Vovkivka, Zarutske, Sosnivka, Khodyne, Fotovyzh, Ulanov, Svarkovo, Volfyne, Pavlivka and Kindrativka in Sumy Region;
in the Slobozhansk area - from mortars, barrel and rocket artillery, in the vicinity of the settlements of Vidrozhenivske, Udy, Strilecha, Ohirtseve, Anyskine, Ambarne, Kolodyazne and Kamyanka of Kharkiv Region;
in the Kupyansk and Lyman areas - from tanks and the entire variety of artillery, in the vicinity of the settlements of Kislivka, Tabaivka, Krokhmalne, Berestove, Novoselivske, Stelmakhivka, Makiyivka and Nevske;
in the Bakhmut area - from tanks, mortars, barrel and jet artillery, in the vicinity of the settlements of Bilohorivka, Hryhorivka, Verkhnyokamyanske, Spirne, Rozdolivka, Yakovlivka, Soledar, Bakhmutske, Bakhmut and Klishchiyivka;
in the Avdiyivka area - from tanks and artillery of various calibers, in the vicinity of Pervomayske, Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, and Novomykhaylivka;
in the Novopavlivsk area - from tanks and the entire range of artillery, in the vicinity of the settlements of Vuhledar, Pavlivka, Novoukrayinka, Prechystivka, Velyka Novosilka and Vremivka;
in the Zaporizhzhya area - from tanks and artillery, in the vicinity of settlements of Novopil, Temyrivka, Olhivske and Zaliznychne.
In the Tavriysk area, the vicinities of settlements near the contact line were hit by fire from mortars, barrel and rocket artillery. The enemy directly fired artillery at Vyshchetarasivka, Dobra Nadiya, and Illinka in Dnipropetrovsk Region.
A high level of mine danger remains in the liberated settlements of Kherson Region. It is noted that the enemy has intensified its aerial reconnaissance, which may indicate that it is planning to attack both military and civilian objects by fire. Units of the Defence Forces continue to carry out stabilization measures.
According to available information, on 12 November, the russian occupiers carried out a mortar shelling of the private sector of the settlement of Hornostayivka, Kherson Region, whose residents refused the so-called evacuation. As a result of the shelling, two local residents were killed and three were injured.
In some temporarily occupied settlements of Zaporizhzhya Region, local residents are being evicted from their homes to house servicemen of the occupying forces.
Since 10 November of this year, the so-called "evacuation" of the property of the Donetsk Railway Administration to the city of Ilovaysk has been observed.
The enemy continues to suffer losses. According to detailed information, on the night of 13 November, the Defence Forces destroyed an ammunition depot, about 40 Russian occupiers, 2 units of armoured vehicles and 10 enemy trucks in the area of Kayira, Kherson Region.
Aviation of the Defence Forces during the past day struck the enemy 16 times. 10 areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment and 6 positions of anti-aircraft missile systems of the occupiers were affected.
Over the past day, the Defence Forces shot down an Orlan-10 UAV. Units of rocket troops and artillery hit 2 control points, 11 areas manpower, weapons and military equipment concentration, as well as 2 other important enemy targets.
